Franciscan e-Care

Solution: You can see the school code at the bottom of the school's website as well as ID from which you receive daily updates from school as in SMS like; TD-XAVIER. Here "XAVIER" is the school code.

Solution: It may be due to, in process/under development of the Mobile App of a particular school. You will be informed by e-Care team of the respective school to start using the Mobile App.

Solution: You can use the FORGOT PASSWORD module that is provided below the username and password box in the login page.

When you click the Forgot Password link; you will get three options:

Parent Login

Student Login

Staff Login

If you are a parent then use the Parent login; if student then Student login & staff is for Teachers or Management.

After proceeding you will get 2 options more:

A- I would like to receive password on my registered Email id.

B- I would like to receive password on my registered Mobile no.

If you select A- you will have to enter the email id registered in school records.

OR

B- You have to enter the mobile no. registered in school records.

After proceeding you will get USERNAME & PASSWORD both on your registered email id or mobile no.

Solution: For installing the e-Care App, you can download it from the Play Store & App store only. Type- Franciscan e-Care Pro in search box.

Solution: You can contact to the school e-Care Team, you can get their contact details from the notice panel of the School website, you can contact them via call or via email from the Contact US page of the website as well.
