Job Description
-
Handle full-cycle recruitment for various roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Preparation, approval & finalization of JDs for all the profiles. (Ensure that the JDs are updated)

Post job openings on various platforms and source candidates using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIN, Company’s Career Page; social media; referrals, etc.

Conduct initial telephonic and in-person interviews to confirm candidates' fit.

Schedule interviews with departments and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages.

Assist in campus hiring if required.

Generate and issue offer letters and coordinate the joining formalities.

Ensuring smooth joining formalities & induction of new joiners
Required Skills Set
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring requirements.

Experience in IT/Tech or bulk hiring is a plus.

Knowledge of HR operations.
Required Resources
Would be required to maintain a personal laptop, smart cell phone, and good internet connectivity.
Working Days
6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Fourth Saturday Off
